Every artwork is carefully prepared and packed to arrive safely and ready to hang.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Processing Time

Artworks are typically prepared for shipment within 10-20 business days after your order is confirmed. Framed works and custom framing may require additional time; we will confirm the timeline with you.

How Artworks Are Shipped

Each artwork listing indicates how the piece is presented and shipped:

  • Stretched canvas is shipped on its stretcher bars, carefully wrapped and protected for transit.
  • Rolled canvas, when available, is removed from its stretcher bars, rolled, and shipped in a protective tube. This is often the most convenient option for long-distance delivery. You can have the canvas stretched and framed locally.
  • Works on paper are packed according to the materials and size of each piece.
  • Framed artworks are shipped within the U.S. only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your artwork ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and keep all original packaging. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue through a repair, replacement, or refund.

Delays

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates. AVRA Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will help you track and resolve any delivery issues.

Additional Shipping and Packing Charges

Large or custom-size artworks may require additional packing and shipping fees based on the final dimensions and delivery address. Any additional charges will be confirmed with you before shipment.

If you do not agree to these charges, or if suitable packing or shipping cannot be arranged, AVRA Gallery reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of all amounts paid to the original payment method, without deductions. Refunds for cancellations under this provision will be issued as money, not store credit.
